You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last service.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BiiSoft, E-mail: info@biiptv.eu) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract or via Stripe Company with your MAC address and transaction number.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have returned the service within the period defined below. Subsequently, the MAC address of the device will be deleted from our system. Thus, the use of the media player will be removed.
If you revoke this contract, we have to refund all payments we have received from you and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
